Circuit Logic
We perform chronic recordings from various brain regions during behavior, using tetrodes, silicon probes, and fiber photometry, in combination with optogenetic and pharmacological perturbations. In parallel, we perform whole-cell recordings and paired recordings in vivo, to obtain a detailed description of the connectivity and circuit logic of the brain regions under study in the lab.
